A B C Science is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and purchase of our products. By accessing this site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully. By using and accessing any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and understand your rights and obligations.

Non-Refundable Policy

All sales are final. Due to the specialized nature of our products which contain unique educational materials, consumable components, and in some cases, perishable chemicals, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing components, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will replace the affected parts at no additional cost.

Safety & Usage

All our science kits are designed for educational purposes under adult supervision. We are not responsible for misuse, accidents, or injuries resulting from failure to follow provided instructions. Safety equipment (such as goggles) must be worn during experiments as directed. Our chemistry sets and other experimental kits contain materials that should never be ingested and must be handled according to the provided safety guidelines.

Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the USA for ClassWallet users. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. A B C Science is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

ClassWallet Integration

Our store is integrated with ClassWallet payment platform. By completing your purchase via ClassWallet, you agree to their terms of service in addition to ours. A B C Science does not store your complete payment information as transactions are processed through ClassWallet and Shopify's secure payment systems.

Educational Purpose

All products are intended solely for educational use. Commercial use of our educational materials without written permission is prohibited. Our science kits are designed to supplement educational curriculum and foster scientific curiosity in children under appropriate adult supervision.
